Uses a highly efficient CCFL lamp, much more effective than a normal UV-A lamp in attracting insects and longer lasting with an average life of 15,000 hours.

The luminous area is amplified thanks to a transparent reflective surface.
The special external treatment of the lamp acts as a catalyst, capable of producing water and CO2 when the luminaire is in operation; these conditions are similar to those of human breath and help to attract more mosquitoes.

The built-in DC fan, very silent, actively sucks the mosquitoes into an anti-escape net, which die after a while due to dehydration and end up in a drawer on the bottom, removable.
