CENTANNI Grechetto Umbria IGT is produced for the first time with the 2015 vintage.
It was conceived to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Ferruccio Lamborghini, the estate's founder. Cold maceration on the skins and fermentation takes place at a low temperature

Bright straw yellow in colour, the nose is elegant and rich with notes of flowers.
On the palate it is full, pleasant and persistent.
We recommend pairing it with vegetable and fish-based first courses.
