Local Delivery Malta & Gozo
We offer Free Delivery services to all local addresses around Malta. Our delivery partners operate during normal business working hours (Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Standard Delivery Malta (1 2 working days): Free Delivery
Express Delivery Malta (1 working day for orders placed before 15:00): €5.00
Standar Delivery Gozo (1 3 working days): €5.00
Deliveries are made to ground floor. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will reach out at the contact number provided at checkout to make alternative arrangements.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via Paypal and Revolut.
Orders are only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment, and payment by cheque or cash on delivery is accepted.
Changed your mind?
Kindly return the item within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase:
-You have provide proof of purchase (a copy of your e-receipt).
- All packaging and/or tags must be intact and that the items are in a re-saleable condition. Errand Boy reserves the right to refuse the return of items that appear to have been used or damaged and not in the state they were delivered in.
The charge you €10.00 as a contribution towards the cost of service return.
We are under no obligation to accept back the goods when:
-Not accompanied by a proof of purchase
-Returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, with broken seals, with missing cables or accessories or free gifts, if any
-Returns are eligible for exchange or a credit note, which is valid for one year.
Faulty Items
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent, so we are able to assist. Errand Boy reserves the right to test the product before accepting it back for exchange or a replacement.
When we are under no obligation to accept back the goods, we will nonetheless try to assist you in resolving the problem. However, we will: charge you €10.00 as a contribution towards the cost of inspecting and testing the goods.
